I met Kyle when I first started lifting weights Fall 2013. Kyle pushed me to be the best me possible. He saw the passion and fire in my eyes for the sport of bodybuilding. He encouraged me to keep lifting hard, heavy and chase my dreams of competing. Kyle taught me how to properly squat, bench and deadlift. With his guidance, I grew a ton of strength and muscle. Having Kyle as a coach was a great experience. When I couldn't push myself anymore, he made me. When I succeeded, he was there to lift me up. I remember crying doing leg curls one day with Kyle. I believe anyone from novice to experienced would benefit greatly from Kyle. It's not just about transforming your body, but your mind as well. I still live by Kyle's motto of "Get Your Mind Right." I am also proud to announce that I am training for my first figure competition. It would not be possible without people like Kyle that have put me on the right path.

Working with Kyle really helped me get in the swing of things to develop my fitness routine. Being a girl new to the gym can be intimidating, but it was comforting having Kyle training me with understand how to use the different equipment and developing a successful workout plan.

Kyle is the best trainer I've ever worked with. His workouts are fun, motivating, and always leaves me wanting to come back the next day! He makes sure I achieve the goals I set for myself each month. He is very passionate about what he does and always felt a genuine care about me as a person. I would recommend him to everyone!

Kyle was a personal trainer at my school, and he worked with me with powerlifting to get my strength up and bodybuilding for aesthetics. He is very knowledgable and I am very happy with my strength and physique after working with him. He is very involved with training. He also makes sure you understand which specific exercise is for which specific part of the body which is very helpful in creating a mind-muscle connection. I worked with him for the duration of a school year and I'm very pleased with his commitment to training his clients. I would definitely recommend him for any up and comer or experienced lifter or athlete.

I had the opportunity to work with Kyle at St. Bonaventure University. He was clear of how he wanted to approach with what my goals were and helped me figure out steps to reach that goal. Kyle is very goal-oriented and has a awesome personality that anyone can get along with. I highly recommend anyone who needs help getting a fitness plan down to work with him.
