Introduction: I'm creating world peace, one body at a time by integrating body, mind and spirit through skilled touch. In 2014, I was voted number two Best in the Mountains for Massage by the readers of the Adirondack Daily Enterprise newspaper and am #478 certified in zero balancing in the USA. I've worked with many folks, including professional athletes and celebrities to reduce pain, feel better and enjoy life. Trained in trauma resiliency, it has been a privilege to be a part of retreats with both homeward-bound Adirondacks and Creative Healing Connections. Also, I operate a seasonal pontoon boat tour and a massage cruise business. I believe that the Adirondacks is nature's prescription for health!
