Welcome to Yana Yoga.
My name is Amber LaPointe, owner and founder of Yana Yoga. In my classes, I try to keep things light and fun, but challenging and focused.
I work to help my students integrate the mind, body and breathe in a way that leaves them feeling calm, yet strong and renewed. My teaching style is a mix of different styles, but mainly Vinyasa (for people who have no clue what that means, it simply means that I often sync the breath with movement).
Most of my classes are suitable for students with some yoga experience.
However, I do have classes for beginners and private yoga sessions.
