- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide standard pricing packages for 3, 4 or 5 hour rentals which all include free and unlimited 4x6 prints for the duration. By request, a trunk of creative props can be included at no extra charge. A professional attendant (typically the owner) is also on-site for the entire duration. After the event, all digital photos are made available for guests in an online gallery for free downloading and sharing on social media. Within three days after the event, a USB flash drive of all the photos will be sent to the host of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time for a phone conversation or email, whichever is easier for the customer. The customer will let us know what they are looking for in the rental, then we put together the agreement and email it to the client. Once we receive the agreement and a 50% deposit, the date will be reserved and a confirmation will be sent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For over 10 years, prior to starting this business in 2007, I had been working in digital multimedia, including photography, photo editing, and web site design at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Skidmore College. Before this, I worked in customer service/guest relations in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World, Vail Ski Resort, and Marriott Hotels.
