Introduction: I have been doing the work I do for over 30 years. I treat your property the same way I treat my investment properties. I screen for good tenants; I make sure tenants maintain clean apts by doing inspections. My accounting dept provides monthly statements and shows all rents received and all financial info related to the management of the property. What we provide best however is peace of mind. SG Property Management has managed my rental properties for years. Tom & Diane were very helpful in restoring our homes back to code and providing dependable tenants. Manages your property as you would, or at least as you should. If there ever is a problem they are on it immediately. I don't think I could ever recommend someone for anything as I do them.
