Introduction: I am a graduate of the prestigious Shakti Yoga Woodstock Teacher Training certification program. My ten-month course of study included extensive asana instruction, yoga philosophy based around Patanjali's yoga sutras and the hatha yoga pradipika, human anatomy/physiology, meditation, Ayurveda, restorative techniques, and working with special populations, including those who are pregnant and those suffering from injuries.
I am a down-to-earth instructor, and I strive to make yoga accessible to everyone no matter your size, shape, or level of fitness.
