If you are looking for a reliable, professional, caring and honest person… I highly recommend Robyn as an officiant. She took the time not only to get to know my husband and I but also was there for us whenever we had questions, was just clueless and even with coordinating our wedding to ensure it was a beautiful day for us . The ceremony was everything; her personalized poem and words of encouragement was A+. I must add that Robyn became more than the officiant, she became a family friend. We loved and enjoyed working with her … she’s indeed the best! And we don’t regret having her as our officiant.

Robyn was a great officiant! She arrived early and was there to smooth over a lot of the obstacles I had on my wedding day! The ceremony was short and beautiful and I enjoyed every moment of it! She was amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help my husband and I start our new lives together!

Robyn was such an amazing part of our wedding!!! From the moment i initially contacted her, she was so responsive and kept in touch the whole time. We had a zoom meeting where she asked me some questions about my special day making the process even smoother. On our actual wedding day, Robyn was simply amazing!!! We felt like we knew her for years. She did everything we asked including mentioning some family members who passed away last year and even read a beautiful poem. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a phone consultation to see if I’ll be the right fit for your ceremony, we will move forward with a questionnaire that helps me get to know you two as a couple. A bit closer to your date, depending on your ceremony size, we will have a workshop where we get into detail about the ceremony to make sure everything goes smoothly on the day of. All my couples also receive a keepsake marriage certificate to frame and have in their home to commemorate the day!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My elopement was an amazing experience and my best friend and her fiancé were inspired by it and decided to have a minimony. She asked me to officiate & help plan her wedding and I fell in love with the entire process. Since then I’ve been bringing big wedding energy to elopements and small ceremonies all across NYC and the Tri-State Area.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The View at Battery Park: This was a small ceremony of about 40 people. We had a waterfront view and the Statue of Liberty in the backdrop! The couple performed a sand ceremony with their children to symbolize their families coming together! They invited me to the reception after and we had so much fun dancing and talking.
