Being a National Caliber Duathlete I was looking for the right person to take me to the highest level in my training and racing. . Terry's knowledge and excitement with wanting to get me there was unbelievable. I am so excited about my upcoming training sessions with Terry to see what he has come up with for me. Terry bases each person's needs on an individual basis not a one show fits all scenario. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve diet and fitness.

I began working with Adam on August 1, 2014. Prior to that, I'd had a lot of injuries including knees, lower back, right shoulder, both feet and left wrist. I was 270lbs and literally in a walking boot recovering from a broken bone in my foot when I started. Adam took plenty of time with me in our first meeting talking about my goals, my limitations, my challenges, my schedule, my nutrition, my motivation, my interests, and more. In the three months since then, I've lost about 20lbs and I've built strength, cardio endurance, flexibility, and confidence. I am able to climb the 3 flights of stairs to my apartment now without having to stop and rest. I can get myself from lying down to seated using just core strength and no arms. I've lost 2 pants sizes. Adam has been AMAZING about working with each of my physical limitations and still finding ways to push my mind and body to keep improving. He pays close attention to form and to safety, always making sure that you are not going to hurt yourself or move in a dangerous way. Don't get me wrong - Adam doesn't have a magic wand, I've had to put in a LOT of grueling work to get here. But Adam is super encouraging, kind, compassionate. He helps you celebrate the smallest of victories. He takes his job seriously and he takes as much pride in your success as you do. He is very knowledgeable and experienced within a variety of fitness areas and he's very motivated to continue to learn more and stay on top of new research. He has all kinds of tricks up his sleeves. If I am struggling too much with one kind of exercise, he instantly comes up with another that still challenges me but doesn't break me. Adam's been great about being flexible with my schedule, and he comes to my home. It amazes me what we can accomplish with just a few pieces of equipment in a fairly small space. In order to stay on track, I made the decision that I needed to work with Adam 2-4x/week and Adam's prices are reasonable enough to make that possible. Basically, if I was going to design the perfect trainer in my mind, it would be Adam. I can't recommend him enough. He's my secret weapon and I'm looking forward to working with him until I meet my goals (which are huge and difficult but I believe they are in reach with Adam's help.)
Amazing experience at crossfit Schenectady. Helen showed all the basics and improved my technique in a variety of areas. The workouts are intense but fun, and you'll see results with the effort you put in. I highly reccomend this crossfit gym.
I have trained with Bryan for several years now, and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great personal training experience. Bryan provides training sessions that are fun and motivating. I never felt intimidated or overwhelmed, but at the same time he has pushed me beyond what I thought were my limits. Bryan has consistently listened to my goals and worked to help me achieve them. He also helped me realize that while gym time was important, nutrition was just as important to overall fitness. With Bryans coaching and counseling, I have achieved a sustainable level of fitness that I never thought I could reach, even with my busy lifestyle. Bryan keeps himself up to date with new research and techniques and has integrated them into my training programs, which has kept my sessions interesting for years. Without any reservations, I know that Bryan would make a great personal trainer for someone just beginning a fitness regimen or for an accomplished athlete.
I have had a personal training session with Jordan and have signed up to train with her on a regular basis. She was on time and organized with the activities for the day. The workout was 30 minutes and very effective. The exercises were based on aspects that I had mentioned that I wanted to work on. It was a good experience overall.
Akeem is great as both a trainer and instructor. I have taken personal training sessions and boot camps and both have provided fitness results. Akeem keeps you on track and provides motivation without being abrupt or critical. He tailors workouts to your needs, plays great upbeat music and will explain what each exercise is meant to do. Plus, he always has a great attitude!

Cathy does a grea job to customize the work out just for you! I was a little apprehensive about a one on one workout , but it has been great and she is very encouraging throughout the exercise and I feel very comfortable ! Without any hesitation I would recommend Cathy!!
I have had several workouts with Kurt. It consisted of a total body workout including core, strength, cardio, and balance. It lasted about an hour. What I liked about it was that he varied the exercises but the focus was the same so you work the entire body but because it was different every time it didn't get boring.

One year ago, this spring, I started working out with Ryan. I was completely out of shape and hated how I felt about myself. I had taken other fitness classes in the past, but I never stuck with them for one reason or another. After I attended the first class, I was hooked. Ryan was very knowledgeable and professional. He always came prepared with a innovative workout and different equipment. All of his workouts could be differentiated to meet the needs and goals of all his clients. His schedule was very flexible and he was always available to answer questions or give suggestions. You could alway tell that he loved working out and helping other people get in shape. One of my own personal goals was to run an entire 5k by the Fall. Not only was I able to, I wasn't the last one to cross the finish line! I would recommend Ryan to anyone one who is looking to get in shape, feel good inside and out, and set and reach a personal goal!
