- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? To secure your wedding date I do require a $100 deposit as well as a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 1 week before your wedding day. All collections are customizable to your needs and I'm more than willing to create the perfect package for you. All lifestyle collections, require a $50 deposit and signed contract to secure date. Remaining balance is due the day of your session. Travel outside of a 30mi radius from the studio location may require travel fees. If driving, there is a $0.50 charge per mile one-way outside of 30miles. All other travel expenses will be discussed with client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When a new client reaches out to me either via the contact form found on my website or by email, I always respond right away. If for some reason I'm not able to respond quickly, you'll hear back from me within 24hrs! After we chat and you decide that I'm your perfect fit (this is most important) I send you over an invoice for your deposit payment and a contract to sign. These two pieces fully secure your date. Most importantly, I am always there to help with any questions you might have throughout the entire process. Not only will I be your photographer, but I will also be a friend.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've had a camera in my hand since I was a little girl, running around, jumping in the mud literally snapping photos of anything & everything. After suffering a Stroke in July of 2019, River - Birch was born. I don't want to say that picking a camera back up changed my life - but it really did!
