In the midst of contractors who rarely if ever show up, Brandon came when promised, was professional, knowledgeable. explained where the problems were, got the materials and did the repairs. One visit, efficient, and reasonably priced. Definitely will call him for other handyman services soon.

My kitchen sink gasket was leaking and had know idea where I would find a plumber. You see I’m a new home owner and never had anything go wrong since it’s a brand new home. So when I notice my sink had a leak I new I needed a plumber right away. I reached out to Chrysler Handyman Service on Thumbtack at 1:29 pm I immediately received a response within 10 minutes. I was surprised when he stated “ I just finished for the day and is free to come within 5 min.” He arrived at 2;15 and fixed the problem and then some. Price was very reasonable. I also had a problem with nail pops since the house is brand new and settling. He assured me someone would be reaching out to to me soon. I highly recommend Chrysler Handyman Service prompt professional and reliable I just want to say thank you so much for your quick response.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My minimum labor price on any job is $135. Emergency calls have $100 fee for same day service during normal business hours ( between 8 am and 8 pm Monday through Saturday) $175 for 8 pm to 8 am and Sundays. My hourly rates are $99. If I have a helper, their rate is $30 an hour. Holiday rates are $199 an hour. Starting 2/19/2022, if we have a confirmed time and date, and there is a cancellation on your part within 48 hours before work is to commence, client will be liable for a $75 late cancellation fee. Trip charges are $75 for a trip with no show by client.

• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Check other online reviews. Some contractors bounce site to site and take deposits with no formal contract.

• What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  One of the main things people need to think about beforehand is budget and timeframe.
