My wife and I ABSOLUTELY recommend Ally Roofing for anyone seeking expert, honest, easy to work with and reliable roofing contractors. They seem to really love the work they do and the families and businesses they serve! Following the purchase of our new home, my wife and I engaged Ally to check on a recently installed roof that showed signs of poor worksmanship. What they discovered was outright negligence and significant structural issues — such as holes in the decking that were simply shingled over for the purposes of making the sale. Ally walked us through photo and video evidence taken during their examination of our roof and gave us the bad news that the only sure fire way to avoid thousands in water damage during the winter would be a full roof replacement. We had suspected this might be the case going in, and worried about how we could still afford other short term renovations on a tight budget. Ally Roofing = INCREDIBLE. They walked us through the many aesthetic and material options available to us, gave us valuable insight into how Ally guarantees their work for 50 years on new shingle roof installations, and informed us of flexible payment options that would allow us to get the necessary roofing repairs accomplished with no $ down or interest for one year. Thereafter the loan would be serviced like any other, and a rate and cost that was in line with the market and entirely manageable from our end (though we will be able pay off in full at any time without prepayment penalty, and intend to do so). The family-run team at Ally Roofing are beyond capable and ultra communicative. Their original consult filled us with confidence, and the end product ended up exactly as discussed, and even better than we’d hoped for!! Their 50 year guarantee for full shingled roofs proves they stand behind their work, their excellent customer service made us feel heard and comfortable throughout the process, and their timely, rapid fire, and thorough on the job execution impressed another one of our onsite contractors so much that he thought to mention it to us weeks later, wishing own crew had a slice of the goods Ally Roofing’s team has. Special thanks to our customer rep Noah for the sense of humor and diligence with ongoing follow-ups, and to Will for the above and beyond communication during the planning and installation. One side note: shortly after the roofing work was completed, a local fireplace design contractor caused new structural damage to our home while running a new chimney by cutting into our ridge beam without consulting us. Ally Roofing stepped in to make the necessary repairs at our request and treated it like an urgent matter themselves, prioritizing the safety and soundness of our home heading into winter despite an already full schedule on their end that hadn’t accounted for additional work beyond initial scope of service. The caring and diligence they bring to every job is readily apparent, and we’re So So Thankful to Ally Roofing for saving us from two separate acts of negligence in a such a short time frame!!

This company is excellent. Friendly and Professional, they finished the job in one day. Then completely cleaned up the yard and porch of any particles or nails. We cant give these guys enough stars. They are also very easy to work with.

I would highly recommend Ally to any friend or family member. They talked me through the whole process from beginning to end, and answered all of my questions along the way. Came when stated and completed work. Had to come back as flashing was not correct causing leak in skylight. They were responsive and timely. I think if the supervisor had been there at the end of job initially it could have been avoided. But they stood behind their work and corrected it so we are happy 🙏
