Currently only offering customized remote personal training and fitness coaching! My one-on-one schedule is booked, but you now have the option to train with me via an online portal and still get an individualized plan! Daily life can create imbalances within the neuromuscular system. Corrective Exercise works through those imbalances to aid in possible injury prevention, in rehabilitation post, or in conjunction with, a physical therapist, and in creating better movement patterns.

Training isn't always about performing the movement. It involves being present and mindful; identifying how your body feels while it moves; locating areas of compensation through awareness; and connecting your mind to the body in order to produce mindful movement.
