- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is tailored to the client based off their specific event needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first hold a virtual consultation to discuss the client's need for their event. After we draw up an initial proposal, we will pass that along and discuss and answer any questions. Upon confirmation that the client would like to move forward, we schedule a walk through at the space where their event will be located for contract signing. After that, we will attend any vendor meetings (if applicable) and follow up on a scheduled basis leading up to their event.

Two professionals with hospitality and catering backgrounds, as well as business management and consulting. Serv-safe Food Protection Manager certificate holder.
