- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and transparent. I charge fair rates based on the time and materials needed for each project, with no hidden fees. Smaller jobs may be priced with a flat rate, while larger or more detailed repairs are quoted after a quick assessment. I also offer discounts for repeat customers and bundled projects. Before any work begins, I make sure customers have a clear estimate so they know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by discussing the details of the repair or project to understand their needs and expectations. I then provide an honest assessment along with an upfront estimate so there are no surprises. Once approved, I schedule the work at a convenient time and complete the job efficiently, paying close attention to detail. After the work is finished, I review everything with the customer to ensure they’re fully satisfied before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience and practical training in home maintenance and interior repairs, gained through years of working directly with homeowners and handling a wide range of repair needs. Since starting my handyman business in 2021, I’ve continued to build my skills in drywall repair, carpentry, painting, door and fixture repairs, and other common household fixes. My knowledge comes from both on-the-job experience and continuous learning to stay updated with the best tools, materials, and repair methods.
