Introduction: Most rental companies just want to rent you equipment. We deliver concierge-level service to our clients, from planning to execution. Shelter Island Party Rental delivers beautiful, unique, memorable events. Services include free event planning, catering references, waitstaff and bartending references. Working with a client from the conception of an event through completion is very rewarding. Listening to client ideas and understanding their visions and desires makes every event unique. My job is different every time! Helping people navigate through the various stages of planning and decision making, find the perfect caterer, florist and service staff, etc and then seeing it all come together and go off flawlessly really make this a dream job. We are licensed and insured. We own, operate and maintain our equipment so you can rest assured that everything will be clean, work properly and arrive on time.

Robert was great to work with. I used this rental company last year for my wedding. I needed white folding chairs and a small table for a sand ceremony. They made the delivery and pickup on time as promised and the quality of the chairs and table were great. The chairs were plastic, light to carry, but comfortable and sturdy. The table was the perfect size/height. Robert also sent the security deposit back quickly. I highly recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for each job is different. Our rental rates are fixed for a 24 hour rental. A client provides their initial "want list"; that serves as our starting point. Then, through as many conversations as are necessary, we discuss and hone the original list to provide exactly what is required to deliver the clients vision. Our photo booth service has standard pricing with package that start at $595 for four hours of photo fun!
