Introduction: Stephanie Neidhart is a Tai Chi Easy™, Healer Within™ Qigong Practice Leader™ and Mindfulness Practice Leader. She founded FRAME OF MIND - Self-Health Practice for A Balanced Body, Well Mind & Spirit after experiencing a traumatic brain injury. Stephanie sustained many falls, migraine headaches and broken bones. She made minimal improvements with the usual treatments of medications, occipital injections, and spinal nerve blocks. She started studying Tai Chi / Qigong and the path to recovery finally began with this ancient healing art! She was trained by the Institute for Integral Qigong & Tai Chi™ (IIQTC) and now is a Certified Tai Chi Easy™, and Healer Within™ Medical Qigong Practice Leader. Stephanie also teaches patients in wheelchairs at St. Charles Hospital. With over sixteen years in the education field, Stephanie holds a New York State Public School Teacher Level III TA Certification and specializes in mindful behavior management for children with special needs, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. She especially enjoys working with our active-aging adults and hospital patients for self-health promotion, fall-prevention and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Stephanie offers individual practice for everyday well-being to athletes, business professionals, and care-givers, for adults, adolescents and children. Stephanie is great! She and I did Qigong the first time, and then I joined a group class in a salt cave. Amazing experience! She has a warm, calm demeanor and is very nice. Can't wait for next time!
