Curtis is currently helping me lose weight in my building's gym. Using tried-and-true methods (jumping jacks, squats, push-ups, etc) I'm achieving better results than with my previous trainers' latest-and-greatest workout trick.
He worksout with me, which is motivating. We stretch briefly before every session. He typically ends with boxing which is fun and nice to learn from someone who knows the sport.
Even with the snow storm, he's consistently been on time. He brings tools to my gym and offers his service at his home gym as well.
Most important - he's a nice guy, fun to workout with WHILE at the same time pushing you. I went to sit down to catch my breath on our first session and he said something like 'no sitting til we're done'. I was a little shocked (and scared) but I'm very glad we continued as he's excellent trainer and I can tell I will see results.
