- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My #1 goal is to be affordable. I want to provide a quality service for a price that is fair. Typically, my quotes are averages based on what I can gather from the customer's initial request. However, these prices can and may change once I know more about the SPECIFIC event needs and goals. That means the fee could always be lower than what you see.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first meeting with a client is always a discovery meeting. I want to listen to the client describe their ideal event. Listening to the client also helps me to uncover a lot about their preferences and style which can help when designing an event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Meeting and Event Management from George Washington University. I have been a professional event planner for 9 years.
