Luciano was extremely helpful in helping me reach my personal fitness goals. I was initially intimidated by going to a gym to change my physique but Luciano was very patient and personable with me and helped me through my phases of doubt and frustration. We started working together in November of 2016 and by Christmas time I could notice myself getting stronger and more toned. He wanted to know what my goals were and developed a plan that worked specifically for me. He was very positive and encouraged me to be the best I could be and my core became more defined in a short time period. Luciano helped me reach my goals step-by-step and made me feel valued and respected as a person first and foremost. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to make improvements in their fitness!

I was pleasantly surprised that after the many years of being an athlete and later coaching, I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge through Lou in conditioning properly and effectively to maximize my results overall. His specific knowledge of core training noticeably improved my constant back pain and flexibility due to his attention to detail in designing the appropriate fitness plan for me. Lou exceeded my requirements and would recommend him to anyone.

I had the pleasure of taking a fitness class with Lou and it was a very good work out as well as learning experience. He is very positive and encouraging and knows a lot about strength training. I recommend him highly for one-on-one training.

I have trained with Lou for over 4 years. I was someone who did not know much about physical fitness or technique in a weight room.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    An initial consultation helps us get to know each other a little better. We discuss your goals, exercise history, nutrition and diet history – what has worked for you and what hasn’t, ways in which you manage stress, interests and hobbies, family, and occupation. Then I give you an evaluation on what you've mentioned, and an outline of what a LucianoFit program can offer. It’s basically like a date. We will get to know each other quite quickly and be able to tell if we are a good fit. For those who decide to start a program, the relationship building starts at the initial consultation and continues as we achieve their goals. You may book a consultation directly from my website.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a graduate of SUNY Brockport with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and am also a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA. As a professional member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), I stay informed about current issues, advancements, and research in the field. I remain updated about new developments in health and fitness through the study and analysis of field-specific literature in the Strength and Conditioning Journal as well as the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research. There are constant developments and new ideas brewing within the exercise field. Continuing education is vital in order to be a successful Personal Trainer.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with a number of diverse populations. From elementary students all the way to the elderly. I have educated many on nutrition, exercise, and healthy living. However, my main focus is geared toward combining convenience and comfort with expert fitness instruction as an In-Home Fitness Trainer.
