- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Per session is $40 for personal training or Nutritional Counsel. 4 sessions for $150 10 sessions for $320 20 sessions for $520 3 month weight loss package (12 weekly sessions, diet, workouts, weight and bodyfat monitoring $360
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I take ongoing courses in areas of fitness and wellness that most interest me. Some examples are emotional eating, fitness for families, weight loss for women entering menopause.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After struggling with years of being unhappy with my own weight, physical condition and feeling hopeless . I finally learned how to apply proper diet with resistance training and cardiovascular training to achieve my own personal success. After feeling so good about this I changed careers to help others get healthy!
