FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, insurance companies set the fee for psychotherapy services. Your fee is whatever your insurance company has indicated, you most likely will only owe a co-payment. If you do not have insurance, or insurance does not cover your service ask about the fee, we try to make services available for everyone. Separate from psychotherapy, ask about our special Reiki promotion offer: have four sessions, and the fifth one is complementary. The office is equipped to accept payment via check or cash, sorry not credit cards. Your payment is due at the time of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically the client will explain what brought her or him into the office. Therapy will follow a path that is appropriate for the client and the pertinent issue. Goals will be discussed.
