Our experience with Paul was great from start to finish. He finished our master bathroom. The cabinet,granite and tile work, on both the floor and bath surround look great. He explained everything, left everything neat every day when he left and finished the project right on schedule. He made sure we were happy with the bathroom every step of the way. We have recommended him to our friends and family.

We completed a substantial renovation of our home on Lake Ontario in 2011. Every room in the house was affected including an addition. Paul's knowledge, contacts and customer focus provides a solid sense of confidence and results. I recently hired Paul Kondolf to tear off an old porch and replace it with a three season room. When i first met him I was impressed with his desire to not just follow a blueprint and get the job done, he was concerned with making it functional for us but also to make the room aesthetically pleasing and unique. Paul, and his crew, were punctual, professional, polite, and a pleasure to have around. I appreciated that he kept us updated on the progress, let us know the timeline and always asked for our input. He was always looking for ways to help us get the most for our money. I would highly recommend Kondolf Construction for any job - big or small. The are the best!

Paul and his staff were very experienced and did a wonderful job on our roof. We had to have them fix the errors of another very familiar, over advertised construction company in the city and replace the entire roof and now we are trying to recoup the money previously paid to this other not so good company. It has created extra effort on our part but at least we know we have a roof that will get us through this winter and many more to come. If you need anything done always consider Kondolf Construction first!
