- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$150/hourly. Discounted rates available for 6-Week plans. Rates may be negotiable on long-term projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with individuals and businesses alike, my process is very similar. Depending on a client's specific needs, we can book a single consultative session or develop a strategy for continued involvement. Starting out, it is important to get to know the client. This is the discovery phase, where we can identify your mission, your goals and what efforts and processes are currently being utilized to achieve these things. Once these targets are identified, we can begin to explore where change is needed. With understanding and objectivity, I will assist you in creating and enacting changes that will not only create growth and opportunity, but also maintain your values, integrity and culture. I understand that people and businesses are unique entities with varying priorities and definitions of success. Understanding what success means to YOU is essential to my role as a consultant and I strive to demonstrate that in every professional relationship.

2001-2009 - Founded dental supply company. Personally drove net worth from minus zero to over $6m net. Successfully managed and oversaw expansion, beginning in-home and expanding to nearly two dozen employees. Certified Life Coach, Medger Evers College.
