Being that I have back issues and sometimes continue to get spasms, I realized I needed someone who was certified, understanding, and would carefully consider a good beneficial workout while not getting injured in the process. Judy understands my needs and has been carefully selecting a good routine that I can handle that will bring forth the results I need. Her background, training and certification show me she strives to improve herself and she is genuinely interested in helping others improve in fitness. Smart, patient, strategic, and if you want to be pushed more she will do it without hurting you. She's a keeper!

I was extremely impressed with Natalyas sensitive yet demanding style of teaching. Having never taken Yoga classes before, I was unsure what to expect or how to judge her aptitude as an instructor. I decided to let time and my body determine for me. Classes started out very slowly, and although they became gradually more challenging, Natalyia remained sensitive to my bodys limitations till the end. Now, having taken ten classes with her, I feel that I can join a group session anywhere knowing that I have acquired the necessary tools to confidently follow my teachers instructions. I recommend Natalyia whole-heartedly and will dearly miss her as well as her classes.
I had the pleasure of taking a private yoga lesson with Jennifer. She's an amazing teacher. I was very impressed by her experience and knowledge about yoga. She made me feel very comfortable. At the end of the session I felt very relaxed. She taught me many poses to help with my back pain. I will be taking more sessions with her.
I have done private yoga sessions with Erica Straub, and love them. I've always been active and an athlete (and recently done a lot of dance). I find it hard to find teachers that impress me for any activity -- not intentional, but I am a tough critic. That said, Erica is amazing. My yoga sessions with her were some of my favorites ever. I loved her focus on the hips (even more so than other yoga classes), the athleticism required throughout, and her approach. (Not to mention, good music selection too!). She started with poses that weren't traditional lead-ins for a yoga session, and it helped open my body up literally and figuratively. Each time I did a session with her, I felt 100% better than when I started and had lasting benefits on my flexible, strength and state of mind. I highly recommend her!
I have been doing yoga with Stephanie once a week since September 2015 and I absolutely love her classes and teaching style. She incorporates a fine balance of calmness and intensity during these vinyasa flow yoga classes. Stephanie always explains the reasons why we do certain sequences of poses. I really enjoy how she paces the class, not too slow and not too fast. Stephanie's voice is always calming and positive and she makes me feel relaxed and at ease. I love when she comes over and gives me a mini massage when I'm in a challenging pose! Stephanie always seems to know my weaknesses and kindly suggests poses that can help me get stronger. I always come out of her classes feeling so stretched, opened up, happy and relaxed. I can not imagine life without these weekly yoga classes. I highly recommend Stephanie as she is the most professional and compassionate yoga teacher I've ever had.
Kelly did a wonderful job teaching yoga to our young students at the arts center. We invited her back next week and would love to have her work with us regularly.
Maria is a wonderful yoga instructor. She is very kind and patient. We had our first session yesterday and I am looking forward to many more with her.
Morgana is the perfect match for my physical training, balance and flexibility needs. She is able to incorporate the essentials of Pilates into floor exercises, which gives me stability, but has added some balance moves which will keep me steady and upright. I have suffered from PAD for some years, but after several surgeries which were successful for a while, I was finding it more difficult and painful to walk. After one session with Morgana, I know my entire physical demeanor will benefit. she is a delight to have as my trainer, and I look forward to working with her on a regular basis to strengthen my weaknesses. I highly recommend her, particularly for those with orthopedic issues, to which she can apply solutions which will help get you back in shape.
After 4 months of Yoga with Meredith twice a week I felt more relaxed, flexible and capable than ever before. She has a calming influence and her classes focus on the flow of the poses rather than simply moving from one to another. Meredith is caring and gives each student the individual attention required and has never pushed anyone further than they can physically go; she is welcoming and accommodating. I couldn't recommend her more.
Taylor is the best! I've been doing yoga for years and have had many different teachers but I really connected with Taylor's style. Rooted in a deep holistic knowledge of the body, Taylor's classes are well designed to address specific points of pain or injury. She also does a wonderful job at making you feel at home, without judgement or pressure. Just the right amount of movement, stretch and rest.
Danny is incredibly knowledgable about the physical postures as well as philosophy of yoga. He created a safe space for me to practice, release, be myself, and breathe.
Casey was an amazing Yoga Teacher! She's kind, caring, nice, and FUN! The class was very relaxing focusing on my specific needs but also very informative. I really enjoyed learning how all the poses were helping my body. I would totally recommend Casey to everyone!
My personal yoga session with Hope was exactly what I wanted and needed. She was very responsive to my requests for preferred pace, offering wonderful adjustments in each pose. I was left feeling perfectly stretched, challenged, and refreshed in all the best ways.
This was my first time experiencing yoga. Robbin's patient demeanor, and clear instructions helped me get through what I would consider to be the most difficult form of exercise I've ever done.

I have never in my life had a greater experience then the one I had with Alison I was unsure if yoga would be the answer or my anxiety but after working with Alison I felt amazing at peace with myself and relaxed in a way I haven’t felt in years truly a great experience and I recommend everyone to give her a chance she can change your life :)
I'm so very glad that I found Michelle as a yoga instructor. I can say that her classes are so well done. Each class is a different experience. There is no pressure and she always makes you feel so comfortable on and off the mat. Because of her I'm able to feel comfortable to try different inversions and poses. She knows how to help each student reach their potential. In addition, she has amazing playlists which helps the flow. Lastly, she includes humor which makes every class a fun time. If you want to try yoga or have been doing it a long time I highly encourage you to take a class with Michelle. Namaste!!
Kelly is amazing! On a whim I decided to try out yoga for my first time but wanted to go somewhere that I would feel comfortable and I am so happy I found Kelly. She is an amazing teacher who keeps the classes fun and fresh. She switches up each class and I always leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed. I would highly recommend!
