- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing Structure... We project the cost of a quote on a Service call. It based on travel time, on site work and operating costs. Our standard is $150. per call... It is our intent to service a customer needs effectively. We do not create extras or unnecessary work. It is our intent to be in and out of a service call within 1 1/2 hours... All work is done in writing and guaranteed. As Project Management / Consulting fee varies depending on the time required to do the assigned task... We also have seasonal Pricing Discounts as low as $ 99.00...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process for servicing clients begins - - - - - 1. We briefly, outline your project out in writing followed by photos if available. 2. We bid and or Schedule an Appointment - Call and speak to us - Let's talk about what you want to do... 3. Let's Do This - I'll outline a written project agreement with a schedule... When your work begins and a date for completion. 4. When Done... You will receive a completed form with before and after photos.
