A pleasure work with Mel and Twins Mechanical! My tenant’s heat went out- they came same day as I called and got the heat back on. Then Mel worked with me on getting an affordable option to fully fix the problem. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and honest. I highly recommend!

Both gentlemen made a stressful situation bearable. I reached out to Thumbtack after three (3) heating companies told me that the furnace needed to be replaced, at a cost between $3,500-4,500. In steps Twin Mechanical, on a Saturday night, no less, and they diagnosed the problem and assured me that they would be able to get it back up and running for 1/3 of the cost of a new one. Not only did they get it up and running, but when a minor issue with the fan came up the same day, they returned and handled it expeditiously. I am very pleased with their work, communication and value and I plan on using them in a few other houses. I highly recommend them! -Dr. RAG
