- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All Handyman services are $65 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. Staten Island customers receive free in-person quotes. For junk removal services please see the pricing based on loads. NJ customers will be charged an additional $25 for travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get to know them professionally and understand what they look for regarding budget, options and habits. Please expect many questions from me as this helps me to understand the type of work and timing for the project. I always do my best to provide an accurate estimate based on the information you give me. I will always make sure to work within your budget and will give you options to lower costs, but still keep the quality of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in a family-owned company that trained me as an apprentice for 3 years.
