Robert has been helping me update my bedroom window treatments. The old blackout shades were dying, and the track hardware for the drapes was of poor quality, was drooping, and was not easy to use.
He has been extremely helpful in suggesting solutions that will preserve the beauty of the silk drapes but swap out the old hardware for better, sturdier poles and more efficient tracks. He just removed the old dying blackout shades and replaced them with custom-made cassette shades that work beautifully, look wonderful, and already are a big improvement.
Robert is very professional, respectful, prompt, experienced, and seems to know his stuff! He's a good listener, and takes the time and trouble to "measure twice, cut once," as the old saying goes.
And he's even sweet to my 80-lb. dog, who is a fine judge of character.
I am grateful to have found such an excellent person to work with, though he is not cheap. His prices reflect the quality of the materials he prefers, yet he understands and willingly works within our parameters and expectations.

Excellent work and very punctual, cordial service. I had some blinds installed as well as a door shade. Robert did a quick and easy install and gave me some great tips for upkeep. 5 stars.

Robert did a great job installing our cellular shades. The scheduling process took a bit of back and forth but overall I'm very satisfied. Robert even imparted a lot of his expertise regarding the shades, how to operate and maintain them properly. I'll definitely contact Robert again for any window treatment needs.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Consider yourself blessed if you have the opportunity to work with Robert. What a gem! I have never worked with a contractor that ticks all the boxes and then some:

I really cannot say enough good things about Robert but I will try. From start to finish, he was nothing but fantastic. Punctual to the our first meeting (and every one thereafter). He spent literally hours with me going over swatches, holding up different options to the windows, changing the lighting, holding them up again. I must have changed my mind 50 times and not only did he exercise utmost patience, but he seemed to get a kick out of it, which most people don’t. He encouraged me to keep going until I was absolutely positive about my choices. In addition to his professionalism and great personality, Robert has an eye for the aesthetic. He can work with the pickiest of customers (me) and help them open up to new possibilities, or work with the most indifferent (my partner) and get them excited about something that mattered very little before he came around. There is definitely a reason for his numerous 5 star reviews. In case you haven’t picked this up by now - I HIGHLY recommend him. And when you hire him- be prepared to laugh quite a bit. He is a hoot! Be sure to ask about his beta fish, Aladdin - at best they are frenemies and he can tell you some stories. Not to worry though- Aladdin is treated like a Sultan, he just seems to be quite ungrateful). And speaking of pets - Robert was a dog and cat whisperer to ours. He worked seamlessly around them and when he would leave, they would stare out the window with pouty faces as he drove away. I gotta say, it was bittersweet when our shades were installed Bc they looked SO GREAT and we were so happy, but we also knew our time with Robert had came to an end. Although not completely bc we are Instagram friends - and he is available if anything should happen to the shades. Thanks for everything, Robert!!! Sincerely - your fan club prez, Ariana
