- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each menu is customized for each client. Once budget and number of guests is given, I will customize a menu keeping to that number or range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish the type of event, what food/ theme are of interest, date, time, servers needed, menu to be reviewed based on this information and budget. 50% deposit due upon menu confirmation and will guarantee date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
