Hannah was the best trainer I've ever had. She completely changed my life and I don't say that lightly. She pushed me like no other. She put in SO much time to create a personalized program and she was extremely professional during workouts. She gave me her FULL attention always! I was with her for 2 months and lost 10 pounds. But more importantly, my belief in myself skyrocketed. She made me feel like I could do anything I put my mind to. I am so indebted to her care and her patience with me. She really listened to my goals and worked so hard to ensure that we were working towards them. I cannot think of a better, more empathetic, capable, and strong trainer. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?IN-PERSON TRAINING PROGRAMS: Sessions are $150/hour and paid for in full at the start of every month. **Clients who commit to training 2+ times per week will receive a discounted rate of $115/hour. ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMS: - 8-week program: $800 ($100/week) - 12-week program: $1,080 ($90/week) - 24-week program: $2,040 ($85/week)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?If you are interested in training, we'll begin with an introductory meeting to discuss your goals, current lifestyle, and medical history. We'll also determine your weekly training frequency and the type of training I recommend for your personal goals. Next, I'll take you through an initial training session (either in-person or online depending on what kind of client you'd like to be) at a discounted price. This will allow you to experience my training methods before diving into a full program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer (American Council on Exercise) and a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition). I also hold a Level 1 Certification in Kettlebell Athletics.
