Introduction: I am a Paramedic and certified CPR/First Aid Instructor, and have over 10 years of experience. Classes/Certifications Offered: *Stop the Bleed *Until Help Arrives *BLS for Health Care Provider *HeartSaver Adult/Child/Infant CPR/Choking/First Aid *AED Training I am very flexible, and I will work with your schedule and location; I can easily come to you. My goal is to give you the certifications you need, but keep the process seamless and smooth. Class sizes are variable, depending on your needs. I am able to teach CPR and First Aid Classes from a single student up to 50. Turn around for certificates and cards is approximatley 3 business days, cards are e-cards and will be emailed to you upon completion.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Costs will vary depending on the certifications needed. Pricing ranges from $60 on up per person. Please contact me and let me know what certification you need and I will provide a quote to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After first contact, required services will be discussed in detail; a quote will follow. I am very detail oriented, so I will ask you to commit to a date, time, location and number of students attending. I will follow up with a confirmation, and several days before the scheduled class I will also make contact for a final head count.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Paramedic by trade for over 13 years. Volunteer Fire Fighter for over 15 years, with awards and accolades. PADI Dive Master PADI Rescue Diver PADI Emergency First Responder Instructor Over 20 hours of Continuing Education on Emergency Medical Services attended annually.
