- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’ve found hourly billing, allows for flexible rates and service tailored to each customers specifications. While, in some cases I will offer flat rate service, an on-site walk through is necessary beforehand. During the walk through we will discuss any other relevant factors in determining if a flat rate is applicable to the project. Yes, we offer discounts for scheduling recurring service, while the discount is not applied to the bill for an initial deep clean, but is to all appointments that follow, both recurring and any extra appts. or additional services. Weekly scheduling receives a 10% discount. Also, biweekly service is discounted by 5%
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a teenager I cleaned my mother's friends and coworkers homes and often earned decent wages doing so. As an adult with a college degree that was far from serving my financial needs, I began to consider the things I was not only capable of doing but that I also excelled in. I remembered my mothers friends and the things they would say praising my work ethic, thoroughness, and efficiency. Professional cleaning is something that came natural for me, because I enjoy it and take pride in my meticulous cleaning techniques. I enjoy cleaning now more than ever, because I have been able to develop various all-natural cleaning products that work and smell great.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you get something at the lowest price it's quality usually follows suit. However, you should not be spending a small fortune in an attempt to meet your cleaning service needs. I suggest going with the service professionals that have good work ethic that is confirmed through positive feedback from their clients as well as one that offers consistent pricing that is neither uncommonly inexpensive nor excessively costly.
