We hired Jim on Flag Day, 6/14 and fired him on Halloween for a job that he said would take 4-6 weeks. Nice guy and very talented with plans. However, execution and follow-through- terrible! He continually asked for money ahead, told us supplies were late and sent on the wrong truck. I finally found out they had been waiting at the supply place for weeks. He didn't show up for days with many excuses. He left a kid here to do the work we paid him to do. Since then, we found out many short cuts were taken from paint, and various materials. It is now two years later and we are redoing seams in bathroom, etc. He has no saved business money to fund projects or to pay qualified people to help him, so he tries to balance several jobs at same time. Someone loses in the end. As he told me, "I guess I am not a business man." I guess not! Which means he shouldn't be in business! We would have sued, but as the attorney said, "You can't get blood from a stone."

Lioto Enterprises has done numerious jobs for me and is always professional and dedicated from start to finish. From outside deck and gutter repairs from snow damage to most recently a full kitchen remodel. If you are looking for quality workmanship, dedicated efforts and a great price give them a call.

I hired Lioto Enterprises to build a panty off of my laundry room.Very impressed with the job they did..I had a basic thought of how I wanted a done and with a couple suggestion from Lioto it really came out super.. Talking with Lioto I mentioned I was going to get a new patio door,he said he installs those..I immediately said,good..they installed my patio door and again, super job.. Don't think I need anymore work done on the house but if I do I will surely know who to call..

Lioto Enterprises contraced to do a garage in Rochester New York and never paid the sub-contractors for the work performed. Get everything in writing and make sure there are no leins before paying the final bill!!!!! Beware!!!!

We got scammed, lied to and stolen from. Do not use this company if you have any brains in your body. he was supposed to start a job and kept putting it off. we gave him a $5000 deposit which was required to have us on a schedule...months went by until i finally asked for a refund on my deposit..he promised (even in his termination contract letter that we would be receiving weekly payments of $1000 with final payment due by christmas....so far, i have received $1000 and that was hell to cash because there was no money in his account! he even sent fake pictures of his smashed up truck; given to us in november but definitely taken during the summer months. i believe he uses this picture as a fake he uses to give his customer excuses to why he hasn't started your job yet. he is a huge liar and is even ignorant enough to put all his promises in writing. so if you cherish your money, please don't use this creep..he is nothing but trash!!!! next step for us is small claims. get ready jim !
