- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, based upon the type of cleaning our customer needs, pricing can be determined by a few basic factors: Square footage, number of bedrooms, full/partial bathrooms, living, dining areas, common areas and office spaces. Depending upon the level of deep clean, and each client's customized add on's- there is a length of time that is expected to be able to exceed your expectations . The overall condition is also a factor in determining how long we will need to finish your cleaning and make it shine! The more often a cleaning is done, the less time is needed to complete your routine, and lessens the price of each cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on your needs- weekly, bi weekly, monthly or a one time cleaning, just let us know and we can give you a spot on estimate with just a few questions.We offer flexible scheduling, with about 24 hour lead time to fit you in for an emergency cleaning and 48-72 to get you in our calendar for your first cleaning. Once you have chosen your time and day, we can have that team designated to your home. If you need to move a cleaning, please let us know as soon as you do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in hospitality management and customer service prior to opening Green House. I love working with people and making them happy! I love to clean, and have continued to clean with my teams since we have been in business.
