FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system isn't too complicated. My rate starts at 15.00 an hour, and it's a 4 hour minimum, and it can go as high as 75.00 an hour, again, depending on the job. I can also do projects with a one time fee. That also doesn't mean that I will keep doing the job for hours and hours beyond what I think is fair. If a job is for example a weekend job, I will give the hours per day that I will work, when it should be done and then I will give a price. If you require more then a whole new agreement is brought up. I always check in with my clients during a process like this to insure they will be happy at the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I do. Knowledge is power, and I do take workshops in the area from Lowe's to Home Depot as well. If I use a new cleaning product, I get in contact with the company to know what their product is about and to learn everything I can to insure this is a good product for my me and my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother has had a cleaning business for over 30 years and I learned from the best. I have been cleaning on and off for over 20 years. I also have a college education and cleaning has always been in my job background, and I have clients that have been with me for over 10 years.
