Introduction: Hi, My name is Austin and I am the founder of Swift Movers. As a life long Syracuse resident, moving friends and family has always been a fun workout/ hobby. There is no better feeling than playing a part in a new stage to someone’s life. I am dedicated to ensuring a damage free and friendly move for every customer. Swift Movers was one of my best decisions while moving. I loved having a peace of mind knowing all my belongings will get to my new location safe and sound. It also is amazing knowing I don’t have to lift a finger! Swift movers were punctual, professional and hard working. My time with Swift Movers was a win win for everyone! I got the help I needed, and I was also able to support a local business!!!! Trust me, you will want them with you during your move!!

These guys are amazing. After I hired a different mover only to have that mover stand me up, these guys stepped up to plate. Before they arrived, my wife and I were already irritated by the fact that the previous movers were mocking us in their review response - blaming me for the fact that they called before our agreed upon time, and lied about calling twice. They refused to answer my multiple phone calls after the fact, and refused to return any of my messages - but they were quick to respond to my review. It goes without saying, I was a bit upset and frustrated. In any case, I was in a tough spot and I had to call somebody fast, because I had to be out of that place and have the place cleaned up in 48 hours. So, my stress levels were high and I didn't have much faith in any mover at that point... ... Then these guys appeared. I gave them a call - not expecting much, because it was in such short notice, but they surprised me BIG time. They went out of their way to schedule me the same day I called and moved me out __that night__. I have never seen that before. Ever. What more can I say? Their professionalism, their courteous and superior customer service went miles ahead of any other moving company I've used in the past. They honored every request I had. They were polite and well mannered. They even accommodated last minute requests without a fuss. Amazing. I had several fragile items, and despite the unorganized nature of my items and how they were packed, __none__ of my items turned up cracked or broken. Everything was exactly how I had them. They took extra care to make sure everything was intact and properly wrapped. If I ever have another move, these are the guys I will hire, and I'll be sure to pay --> extra <-- just because they were THAT good. Believe it or not. I wish I called these guys first and saved myself all the headache. I highly recommend these guys.

Currently we are giving all customer a Covid-19 discount off our normal rates!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building trust from the start with a reasonable quote. Being transparent and ask if there are any other questions even when the customers isn’t asking questions. Most importantly I ask detailed questions to ensure we provide a moving experience that’s fits each individual customer needs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Moving families started as a hobby, for that I would help a friend or relative.
