Currently we are giving all customer a Covid-19 discount off our normal rates!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building trust from the start with a reasonable quote. Being transparent and ask if there are any other questions even when the customers isn’t asking questions. Most importantly I ask detailed questions to ensure we provide a moving experience that’s fits each individual customer needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Moving families started as a hobby, for that I would help a friend or relative.
