So far I have taken one yoga class, which I liked. I have a personal trainer Kayla Russell who is making me strong. Only been here three weeks.
Twice a week my fiance and I work out for 1/2 hour sessions. Kyle not only is such a professional but offers so much encouragement. He also is great at getting my fiance on track who spends a lot of time talking instead of staying on track. Both of us have some medical issues and Kyle still pushes us to do our best while making sure he doesn't have us doing things to make us have worse issues. Kyle is reasonably priced and I hope he knows how truly appreciated he is. Because of him I feel stronger and walk with much better posture. I recommend Kyle to all my friends looking for a professional trainer.

I contacted Phyllis to book a series of 6 introductory yoga sessions as a gift for my mother-in-law. I live overseas and my mother-in-law is local to Phyllis, so I would not be able to meet Phyllis in person prior to arranging and paying for the group of sessions. I admit it was a risk, but after a lengthy telephone conversation with Phyllis, I felt confident moving forward. Phyllis has delivered wonderfully, promptly and professionally! My relative (and friend!) loves the sessions with Phyllis and Phyllis has contacted me periodically to ensure we are happy. With her extensive background as not only a yoga instructor but also a Personal Trainer, I knew she would have the knowledge to work with my Mom-in-law. It was an added bonus that Phyllis does weekly Silver Sneakers classes and a Restorative Yoga class. I am so happy that I trusted 'my gut' and Thumbtack and enlisted Phyllis for a truly unique Christmas gift for my friend.

Fitness over "50" isn't always easy. Being 15lbs overweight, having low back issues & Osteopenia caused me to seek out a personal trainer. Three people had convinced me that I needed to go see a guy named Scott Morell. Jan of 2016 I did just that. Scott sat down with me & discussed what my goals were and everything was written down. A workout & a nutrition plan were put in place. I followed it to a tee! (This made all the difference)! With my weight at 137 lbs & body fat at 36% I was devastated! I knew I would have to work out at least 3 days a week. With free weights & cardio I started on my journey. I found this was difficult to overcome because I hadn't worked out for over 20yrs. With Scott's friendship, natural ability to teach & his tremendous amount of knowledge... I was on my way to obtaining my goals. Scott would also send me information to read that he thought would educate & help me better understand the process. He never hesitated to answer any questions that I had! He was always just a phone call or a text away. Thanks to Scott I am now 122lbs & 16% body fat & love seeing muscle! I truly believe having the right trainer along with working hard & believing in yourself promotes success. I couldn't have & wouldn't have done this without him. I recommend Scott as a trainer and I am looking forward to working with him again to further my goals! Always remember transformations are a continual "Journey".
Tyler was my personal trainer for my figure competition preparation throughout 2013. I truly enjoyed working with him! He was knowledgeable of the bodybuilding industry, my physique needs and diet.
