My experience with Tyler was a very fulfilling one! I trained with him for about 13 months. I am a 49 year old mother of 3 and I felt like I was in the best shape of my life while I trained under him. I did this to look and feel great and for myself - simple as that. I didn't need to train for a specific reason - My reason was me! He knew how far to push and what I wanted to gain out of it. I was never disappointed and felt the pump I wanted when I left. He is super knowledgable about all muscles in the body and how they interact to get the results you want . I also would like to stress that while you train it's all business - you are there for a reason and he recognizes that. I greatly appreciate that since my time as well as his and everyone else's is valuable and it's money well spent . I look forward to training with him soon and would always recommend him to anyone who just wants to get in incredible shape or for a specific sport .

Tyler was my personal trainer for more than a year. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He motivated me to work hard and to reach goals. I have a past injury and he was able to modify my workouts so that I improved my strength and muscle and no longer have the need for medication. He also helped me improve my nutrition to help with getting lean and maintaining my goal weight. Great trainer, you won't regret your decision to train with him.
