There are many interior decorators and designers looking for your business. An Interior Designer has a 4 yr degree in interior design and are legally allowed to change the structural walls of the dwelling. You also pay more per hour for their services. An Interior Decorator can be your neighbor who has a "knack" for moving furniture and picking out fabrics. A Certified Interior Decorator (like Maggie) has been educated in interior design but is not legally allowed to move walls. They can make the suggestion but have to leave it up to the owners to find out if it can be done and by whom.
