- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a complicated pricing system our pricing system includes milage to get to your home, how extensive the job will be meaning how long is will take us and if it is a difficult job, and supplies. Which is much less than charging per square footage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be very honest with my potential customers and I make them feel comfortable to ask me questions. I always like to ask them questions to figure out what they truly want.

cleaning seminars and much needed research.
