FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I took a jib as a bouncer at a local bar when I lived in Southern CA. I was just layed off from my position and started doing this. We had a bartender on our staff who would rather smoke cigarettes outside, talk on the phone and do "other things" than tend bar. I had to learn (actually from the bartender) how to do this and then ran with it. I became a bartender at that bar and just grew the business.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire experience and know how. An experienced bartender can make a good bar and great bar. He brings in the clientele through word of mouth and then even more people know people know and come in to check it out.....a proven way to run a business....
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Just how hard it really is.
