We had amazing service from Tonawanda Castle for a private event at an offsite location. I was impressed with the initial contact, suggestions for the menu and followup to questions. They then continued the great customer service with ontime delivery and excellent set up. But most importantly the food was excellent. Everyone enjoyed it and went back for seconds.
