I bought a new home that had a tenant living there for 10+ years. The house was not clean at all and the bathroom was the worst. The tub was black and moldy and disgusting. Andy and team amazed me. They made the tub look almost brand new again! I thought i was going to have to replace it, but now I feel comfortable using it as my shower. The kitchen was bad also and they made me feel good about having my food there. I'm very pleased with the work and will contact again for future projects.

I can’t say enough about Andy and his assistant. After purchasing a house built in 1900 in Buffalo, the basement probably hadn’t been cleaned in 50 years. Andy did wonders cleaning the ceilings, cement and walls and floor, removing bags and bags of sediment build up from over the decades. They worked so hard all day until the job was done and done to his standards. Truly amazing and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

The best cleaning service in Buffalo, hands down. Excellent deep cleaning combined with the competitive price - the customer cannot ask for better. Andy and Mike did a terrific job cleaning the attic and the basement of the house I just bought. It was not an easy task, because there were still debris, dust, and dirt. Once they were done (and they did it as fast as possible), it felt like I was in a living room. Outstanding in every way!

I hired Andy to do a "deep clean" for my home - walls, windows, etc. The first good impression was when I received a phone call saying he was running a bit late (as opposed to other companies who have not notified me in the past) Andy and Kenny put in six hours of hard work; and my house shows it!! They supplied their own vacuum and picked up dirt I didn't know was there - carpets look new just from their vacuum!! They also took the time to completely clean and vacuum the "kitty condo" That qualifies as "above and beyond" to me! Both men were friendly and professional (and had no problems with my large, protective dog) The price was fair. I will call this company next time!!

Every job is different. Pricing is based on what situation we are dealing with and the duration of each project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer an in person meeting. Its better to do an in person estimate, so I can see the project first hand. If we agree on a price we book the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have on the job training and over 10 years experience now. I have a sharp eye for spotting the small details.
