I thought Manny, the owner - did this job as if it were his own building. Even though his crew showed me before and after photos of the work, nonetheless, Manny himself did a final inspection of the work, and did not charge me anything extra for a small side job that needed to be done.

I had the pleasure of using MGM Builders services to install countertop on my 15 ft outdoor kitchen island. I used another company who had started building the island but didn't finish it. It's hard to find trusting people to do a job for you.
But MGM builders came to my rescue....Manny, the owner, responded to my message and he was very understanding and was able to work with me. Manny was able to give me a estimate that I was happy with. Within a few days, he installed the countertop. I am very happy with the job. Manny and his workers were very professional and very neat and clean as they worked. I would definitely trust and use Manny services again.

Did an amazing job. Had leaking in my basement. It was an emergency job for us. First did waterproofing then installed concrete. and he took care of it. Well done.
