FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard pricing system is on a sliding scale. A single paid session begins at $110. Signing up for a package of 4 6 or 8 sessions begins at @$90,80 or 75 per session, but it all depends on whether my client has one specific life coaching need or several to work through, or a need for career coaching- to include resume writing, cover letter and interview preparation, or a career transition issue - to change careers, identify new goals or succeed in getting a promotion. Someone at Management level could engage my services starting at $200 per session for a period of three months or more. A group of staff/colleagues could benefit highly and end up with weekly coaching sessions @$50per session because they have engaged me together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients are very special persons, they come with skepticism, doubts, fears, lots of unasked questions lurking in their minds, previous negative experience and some expectations which are based on limited knowledge of what coaching is or of what their real problem is. I therefore engage my new clients in telling me their story and listening well to that. I also ask many pertinent questions to get to the root of their matter. My new clients are in the meantime trying to determine whether I will truly understand them and whether they will get the best results from interaction with me. I outline for them some of what they are responsible for and some of what they can expect to experience in the coaching session and for the duration of the journey. I make sure to lift their expectations as to the value of coaching and the value of the time and money that they will invest to make the changes in their life and career that they want. We sign an agreement regarding day, time and number of sessions, as well as the cost and all of this is done electronically, including the PayPal invoice that is sent to them, to seal the contract and begin the process.
