I found Thomas and his son to be both friendly and professional. They arrived on-time and ready to work, as scheduled. Thomas took pictures of the work they did on the gutters (reinforced installation, sealed gutters, and installed gutter screens). In addition, he checked the roof and took pictures of that, as well. When he came down, Thomas physically showed me the damage and gave me my options. They were very fair and reasonable. I was so impressed with all aspects of their work, I've scheduled them to come back next week and do my roof. Two of my neighbors liked what they saw and hired them too. Julio was extremely professional and thorough completing several tasks around our condo. Did a great job fixing our patio door which became detached from the metal frame and exterior wall during high winds, replaced several screens on our patio doors and caulked our bathroom tiles. Everything looks new. It was a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend without reservations. Also he was very reasonably priced costing us 1/3 the price of some other contractors' quotes. Will definitely hire him again!

Dennis and his team are reliable, professional, and often exceed expectations. A little over a year ago they replaced my shingle roof so that we could have solar panels installed.
