- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?If you are seeking a nutritionist, make sure that is what you are getting. Many individuals are fitness pros that may have had one or two courses in nutrition. I studied nutrition for 7 years while obtaining my doctorate. I do this full-time and will treat you as a unique individual with unique dietary needs.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project? There are no quick fixes for lasting results. Changing poor lifestyle behaviors take time. I can help you identify what's preventing you from being the healthiest person you can be. If you are willing to do the work, I can get you to your goals!
