What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off getting to know each new client with a list of questions. Design stage from drawing on paper your landscape to computer aided design. Finalized plant and material list then an approval of the design and estimate. The next stage is site work building a perfect, long lasting landscape. The final stage is presenting the final landscape to the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my associates degree in horticulture and landscape development. From Morrisville State College. Two years Heavy Equipment Repair and Operation certificate from BOCES
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with residential and commercial customers.
