Maxfield Music

Introduction: Maxfield Music, founded in 2015 by Kristen Maxfield, is an integrative music school in Rochester, NY, located adjacent to the Finger Lakes Region of upstate New York. Maxfield Music offers individual and group lessons in Voice (Vocal Yoga method applied in the lesson), Piano, Basic Musicianship (Theory), Sight Singing, Ear Training, and Songwriting, and in a variety of genres including, but not limited to, Jazz, R&B, Classical, Broadway, Country, and Pop. We also offer Networking Opportunities, Master Classes, Workshops, and other events with world-renowned producers, songwriters, and musicians within all genres of the music business. Many people aren't provided the opportunity to really #raisethelevel within themselves musically. I feel it is my calling as a teacher to help each student achieve that goal. I am blessed to have received so many students of all ages and levels of ability and to see the enthusiasm and confidence grow in a student. It is the best reward for all the hard work I do as a teacher. The relationships formed and fostered between the students, their families, and myself, and the student and I are such a blessing and teaches me so much more about who I am as a teacher and artist, as well as what my full potential is. I love each and every one of them!!!!
