After working with Max for a couple of months now, I could not be happier with my experience. I came to Max with a simple goal to lose weight. However, Max has helped me to develop a healthier lifestyle - combining exercise (detailed daily at-home workouts aligned with training sessions) and nutrition (reviewing meal logs weekly). I was apprehensive in finding a personal trainer, but Max has made me feel comfortable and confident. Max is knowledgeable, friendly and always encouraging. He is willing to go above and beyond training sessions, with texts/emails whenever I have a question. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals!

When I first hired Max, I was looking for a qualified trainer who could help me rehabilitate a couple of nagging injuries (shoulder, knee), build my overall fitness, and eventually transition into a barbell-based program to get stronger. Over a span of several months, Max helped me with each of these goals. His training style is conversational, engaging and supportive, with no pretense or "gymbro" attitude. Given his physical appearance, it is clear he "walks the walk," which gives him even greater credibility, IMO. He was always willing to adjust my program to accommodate specific concerns of mine, as well as my screwy personal schedule. His responsiveness and "follow-through" were excellent. I recommend him highly.

Max, the best personal trainer I have ever got till date ! He has vast knowledge on everything that he does. He builds a plan for his clients everyday which suits them and pushes you to the limits ! Worth hiring if you are looking for a committed trainer who can train you to achieve your goals !

I'm so glad to have found a Personal Trainor that not only tailors my workout routine, but also guides my nutrition - makes so much sense to combine both. I had a GREAT experience working with Max. Starting out, he made it a point to ensure he understood my primary goals for these training sessions, and he designed workouts to help me meet those goals. I was rehabbing from knee surgery and having a difficult time gaining leg strength back on my own. Max developed creative and effective workouts to help me gain strength back in my injured leg. During the sessions he was extremely motivating and encouraging. I was a little intimidated at first about starting personal training, but Max's friendly and encouraging demeanor made me feel right at home at the gym. In addition to Max's skill as a personal trainer, he is a joy to be around. He is incredibly friendly and carries on conversation throughout the entire session, which is a nice distraction from the difficult workouts! Max is both his name and his level of awesomeness! :)
